The recruiter was very attentive and gave precise answers to the questions asked, showing interest in the candidate. They explained the army's expectations, the required skills, and the training involved. Plenty of information was also shared about salary and career advancement opportunities.

The process was easy to follow, with tests that weren't too demanding. With 2 minutes of chair dips, a score of 9 on the light lucifer test, and 8 pull-ups, I was around the average. For the motivation interview, there were no tricky questions.

I had an interview as a Civil with a senior officer and another civilian. They were very welcoming and very friendly. Their questions were relevant and they were able to answer all my questions. Kudos to this institution, I expected something very cold but ultimately they were very warm and human, much more so than in a private company, bravo!
