Candidate-reported interview process

it was a 3 round interview process that happened in one day. The first round was with HR, the second round with the controller, and the last round was with top management. Overall, it was a really smooth experience.

Had a face-to-face meeting with the EMEA business director in a hotel meeting space, felt pretty structured but informal, discussing my skills and background. After that, I had two interviews over Teams, one with the Senior VP of Marketing in the US and another with an Executive Leadership Team member.

Since we're all remote, most of the interviews were done via video conference. However, the final interview was conducted in person. The CEO was involved early on, and while it was a casual chat, it was quite thorough. I appreciate Arlon for putting in the effort and expense for the final interview, as they could have just outsourced it.
