Candidate-reported interview process

Came to the office for an in-person visit. Met with different engineers and leadership. Got a tour of the place. Mostly behavioral questions were asked, with a few insurance-related discussions. The environment was great and welcoming, making you feel your best. The questions and process weren't intimidating because of the atmosphere.

I had a group interview in a conference room with four people from the department, and they were all really nice. They made me feel welcome and said they appreciated my time. I felt like I did most of the talking, which was different from other interviews. They said they'd be in touch and they were. I also had to do a written test.

Managers hire for their own departments. If there is not an open position, I wouldn’t waste your time. Most jobs are filled by being referred by a current employee. Your chances are better if they like the person who referred you.
