Candidate-reported interview process

It was very straightforward and overall felt very friendly. The managers introduced themselves, and then I had the chance to talk about myself. After that, the manager explained the open position and their department.

It was a pretty simple process. First, an online HR interview, then pretty soon after a follow-up interview with the hiring manager. A personality test was also part of the hiring process.

I applied online using their website and then received an email to proceed with an interview. The interview, or prescreening, was conducted through HireVue, where I had to answer prompt questions with recorded responses. There was a limited amount of time to prepare before each recording started.
