Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was smooth and enjoyable. I focused on staying relaxed and in the moment, which helped me feel at ease and have a good exchange of ideas with the interviewer. I liked getting input, sharing my thoughts, and getting new perspectives. It was a good experience that made me feel confident and ready for other opportunities.

I had a video call with the site manager and HR. They were welcoming and professional, especially the HR person who made me feel comfortable and was very down-to-earth. They shared a clear description of the missions, with precise and detailed objectives.

Interviewed for a process engineer role as part of the company's rotational program. Started with a standard career fair interview with a representative. After that, there was a half-day video interview involving about six current engineers at the company. It was a standard set of questions, and overall, it was a good experience.
