Arkatechture Interview Questions

I spoke with the recruiter and HR, then met the CEO. After that, I presented my strategies to a panel and the CTO. I felt it was a good match and they'd gain from my product knowledge, but then I was ghosted. Shame, seemed like a good company, but their communication is lacking.

I was really excited about this position but was unfortunately ghosted after three interviews. Followed up several times and while I did get responses, I was never given an official 'no', which I thought was unprofessional. Seems like a great company to work at though.

The recruiter was great - super responsive and helpful. However, the interview with the hiring manager for the account manager role was really weird. He basically let me do all the asking. I tried to weave in info about myself with my questions, but it felt like he'd already decided on someone and this was just my chance to learn about them. He even swore at one point, which was pretty unprofessional. He seemed inexperienced or maybe new to the role, trying to be casual and informal, like a 'bro'. The second interview with one of his colleagues was more standard.
