Candidate-reported interview process

Had a 30-minute virtual interview on Zoom. They asked why I applied, about my research and teaching, how I could teach both political science and public administration students, and some department-related questions.

After your resume is looked at, they'll bring you in for an interview. Depending on the job, you don't have to dress up formally. You'll be interviewed by a board. You might hear back about the results within two weeks after the interview.

The interview was on zoom with the main team members there, but only one person was asking questions. They gave me a topic to prepare a demo class for, which I presented in person later.
