Candidate-reported interview process

Had a few interviews, they were pretty conversational and relaxed. They seemed more interested in getting to know me and my background. I met with people from different departments in a conference room setting. The recruiter was helpful and made the whole thing easy to figure out.

The interview process was straightforward, although the questions felt repetitive. They repeatedly asked about hypothetical situations and past experiences with previous jobs. There was also a brief assessment at the end.

The recruiter was very irresponsible. I was supposed to have a screening interview through Microsoft. However, the recruiter didn't show up and a few minutes later sent me the reschedule email without apologizing or asking if I was available. I wasn't available and sent an email to reschedule, but got no answer. After a second email, still no response. The company needs to address this recruiter's behavior. Very irresponsible.
