I had one meeting at the department of human services headquarters with a very nice gentleman. I met several people there. He was upfront about the low pay, but it wasn't a good fit for me.
Pretty standard interview process. Applied online, then had a zoom interview, and had to do a lot of paperwork via email. It took a few days to get the interview offer after applying, and about two weeks to get the job offer.
The interview was brief and provided good information. I realized I wasn't interested in the position before it concluded. The interviewer seemed disengaged but was polite. It was a dispiriting experience.
