Candidate-reported interview process

They will fly you to Arkansas and have you stay overnight. You'll interview over two days with various editors and go out to lunch and dinner with two of them. It's a good opportunity to get a sense of how the business and newsroom operate, and to get a sense of Little Rock.

After submitting my resume, I was contacted for an interview the same day. The interview took place the following week with the editor and another paginator. It was a pretty standard interview, and the editor was really nice. They didn't ask anything too tough, mostly just the usual questions about my experience.

After submitting my resume, I had two interviews with managers, and then they gave me an offer.
