Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was a casual and polite 30-minute Zoom call. They went over the job role in detail and asked some common interview questions.

They asked me that how much work do you have in this field, and I said I have 2 years of experience in this field.

I had an interview with the Manager and Director, then an assessment, and then an interview with the whole team of 10 people. It's been 3 weeks since the interview and I haven't received any decision yet, they keep saying they are still interviewing people. I think they don't want to hire, only show they are hiring and keeping people hanging and wait weeks for a decision. Don't apply and save your precious time.
