Arkadium Interview Questions

The interview process was pretty standard, nothing too wild. I ended up talking directly with the COO. We chatted a bit and exchanged messages on Slack. Then, silence for weeks. I eventually let them know I was withdrawing my application via Slack, and only then did the COO reply, saying she thought HR would have let me know I wasn't a good fit. It felt unprofessional and really showed me how they view people. I'd be cautious about joining a company that treats candidates this way. Ghosting is never a good look, no matter the situation!

Don't waste candidates time if you don't have budget. Pay attention when you talk to candidates. CEO constantly asked about salary expectation. That was the biggest red flag which I should have realized. Worst experience in my whole career.

The whole thing was pretty quick, just about two weeks. First, I had a phone chat with HR, and then an in-person meeting with the marketing director. Each chat was about an hour long. The people interviewing me were really nice, and I also got to learn more about the company.
