It was very positive, all questions asked about my experience and how much it will help the business. The interview process was uplifting. I was excited to start working. The training was slow and easy, at my own pace. I was trained thoroughly, so when I started working on my own i barely had questions.

We start with a phone interview, then you'll meet with the area manager for your first interview. After that, there's a second interview with the Director of sales. During these interviews, expect a lot of questions about your skills, how you handle different situations, and your communication style. They'll also assess your customer service abilities and your understanding of how commissions work.

I applied online and got a call from HR. First, I interviewed with the controller and a senior, where we talked about normal behavioral stuff. The next day, HR called me for a second interview with two managers who asked basic screening questions. After one day, they called to give me the offer.
