First, there was a resume review. Then, I had 4 interviews with different managers at the branch and got a tour of the facility. After that, there was one more follow-up interview. It was a pretty standard process and overall a very positive experience.
The interviews were very thorough and extensive, and some questions felt basic for the role level. They tended to run long, so expect to be there for over 2 hours. Despite the length, the interviewers were wonderful, very nice and welcoming, making it a good overall experience.
You'll get a tour of the showroom floor, warehouse, back rooms, and facility. The interview itself is pretty straightforward. You'll need to answer some questions and discuss what you think the job entails. Depending on the specific role, you might meet with one or two supervisors.
