I had one interview with both of the Sr. Analysts. They asked me about my background and some behavioral questions, and also some basic technical questions. The whole process was really easy and quick. I got an answer from them in less than a week.
I applied online with my resume and cover letter. HR called me the next day to set up an interview. The in-person interview included a 30-minute Excel test and a 45-minute SQL/data management test. The Excel test interface was really bad and old, and it penalized you for moving around. The SQL test was a Word document with about 8 questions where you had to write SQL queries by hand without any help or knowledge of their data setup. The interviewers were formal and traditional, so I'd recommend dressing up and preparing for STAR questions.
The first round was an onsite interview and had two parts. First was an HR round that also included data-related questions and questions about technologies I've worked on. Second was an online written test with questions on SQL queries, VBA, and some basic calculations.
