Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process went very well, I felt comfortable and it eased my nerves. The recruiter and supervision were very friendly and made the process smooth. It definitely impacted my readiness to work at this agency.

The staff was really friendly and the environment felt laid back. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and didn't put much pressure on the questions. They talked a lot about work life balance and asked about 10 questions in total.

The interview process was okay overall, but the main problem was the lack of accountability afterward. They offered me a position, which I accepted, but then rescinded it because they hadn't verified their ability to sponsor an H1B visa, despite me disclosing my visa status during the interview.
