Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good. The hiring manager was helpful and answered my questions. There were some unique interview questions. I would recommend this company. However, the follow-up interview asked many of the same questions. Overall, it was a good experience.

I had a first chat, then I was invited to the team's "show case." It was an all-day event with about 16 of us. We started with introductions and a review of the job description. We did some role-playing using the sales script. For the last 4 hours, I had individual interviews with several team executives. Afterwards, we got a tour of the ballpark.

It was pretty simple. They ask a lot of questions based on your resume and that are specific to your line of work. It was an initial phone screening and then an in-person interview.
