They started with a phone call to set up an in-person interview a few days later. The interview itself felt pretty standard, with about 10 questions. They mentioned the whole process could take 3-4 weeks but I'd definitely hear back. Sadly, 4 weeks passed with no word, and my emails to the scheduler went unanswered.
I was supposed to have a phone screen, but I missed the initial call. I tried calling back shortly after but no one picked up. I left a message and waited a week before calling again and leaving another message. About two weeks after that, I received a notification stating I wasn't selected. It felt like they were stringing me along, which is unprofessional and poor interview etiquette.
It started with a one-on-one interview, which was pretty relaxed. After that, there was a panel interview, which felt a bit more intense. It was annoying that after all that, if you weren't chosen, they wouldn't tell you anything. But maybe it's for the best since this place doesn't seem that great based on reviews and has a lot of people leaving.
