Candidate-reported interview process

HR takes forever to process applications and there's no definition of job status while waiting for response. Lots of questions related to the job that are hard to come by if you are not already working there.

I went through three in-person interviews before the pandemic started. A panel from ADE was present and took notes while I responded to their questions. They gave me the questions both written and verbally.

It was a 2 interview process. First, there was a panel interview, then a meeting with the hiring manager or director of the unit. Fairly average interview questions.
