It was a long process just to get an interview. When I got there, a few people asked about 8 personality questions. The interview location was further than the actual job site. It was an easy interview overall, but the process took a long time.

Applied, waited a while for acknowledge of their interest then had a panel interview. It didn't session the interview panel were 'on the same page'. (Later I found out what I was told about the job and organization was not accurate, e.g. my duties, support by my management, did not follow state and federal registrations (disparate impact). I expected more professionalism.
