I got contacted for an interview in under two weeks after I applied. The hiring team was really great and easy to communicate with throughout. When I arrived, I was directed to wait in a reception area, then sent to a different floor. There, I did a written exercise where I had to answer one question in 20 minutes. I printed it out, and the staff took the papers and had me wait for the interviewers. After about 8 minutes, I was called in. The interview itself had 8 questions and was with 2 supervisors who took turns asking them. It lasted about 25 minutes. After it was over, they gave me a sheet with salary details.
The interview process emphasizes the STAR method. Expect a wide range of questions covering topics like workplace disagreements, managing challenging interactions, and dealing with sensitive information. Interviews are typically conducted in a panel format.
I got there and checked in, then they put me in a room to write an essay on the computer based on a prompt. Then, two nice people interviewed me. I'm still waiting to hear back.
