Candidate-reported interview process

First, they asked me some questions about myself and my experience. They wanted to know what to expect and if I was comfortable with the job duties. They also asked about my previous jobs. We discussed my salary expectations and what they could offer me.

I talked to the supervisor at the eat Mesa clinic. They asked me about my past experience and my ability to collaborate with both children and a team.

Overall, the interview process was terrible. There was a lack of communication, and they kept reposting jobs without providing any feedback to candidates. Some questions asked during the interview were inappropriate. The entire process from application to HR call to the actual interview took way too long, and scheduling was a nightmare.
