Candidate-reported interview process

Recruiter got in touch and set up a Zoom call, then a meeting with the district manager, and finally one with the regional VP. The timing of the meetings was really messy. The recruiter seemed a bit lost, and the district manager was very distant.

I applied on Linkedin and heard back from a recruiter in about two weeks. It started with a phone screen and then moved to in-person interviews. There were 5 rounds in total and I thought they were all pretty important. My only real issue was that after 5 interviews, I never found out why I didn't get the job, and it was still listed as open. I wish I had gotten more clarity, especially since I made it so far.

The recruiter meets you in the store and walks you through it. They introduce you to the brand and how it functions, and you get to see their day-to-day operations.
