After I applied, I got an email to set up a 15-minute in-person "Meet and Greet" with the talent acquisition team. They give you a link to pick your time, but you gotta be quick since they fill up fast. The day before, you get a reminder email with details on how to get there and with security info. They also say if you've already been to a recent hiring event at one of their stores, you don't need to go to this one.
They wanted to know about your personal style, how you'd survive in a fast-paced environment, and your experience. It was brief, and they judge you from the moment you enter. Best to just be confident.
It was a fast meet and greet where everyone was brought to a seating area to complete a form, and they asked things like Who do you look up to for fashion inspiration, and some experience-based questions. It felt pretty quick and rushed.
