They asked to connect. When connecting, I felt rushed and that they didn’t care to interview. It felt like they were just going through the motions and had a phone interview with me done with in 10 mins after showing up late to the call.
Had a quick 15 minute initial chat to go over my merchandising and retail background. It was super fast and took place right outside the store. I met with an assistant manager first, and then another manager.
The process was really nice and clear. They were quick to respond, but the interviews were short (max 30 minutes). There were multiple interview steps: Talent > Hiring Manager > Talent > Hiring Manager. They have a very strong emphasis on doing things the Aritzia way.
