Arity Interview Questions

Had an initial phone call with a recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a technical interview, and finally an interview with a stakeholder. The recruiter was unprofessional, not asking for my availability and scheduling interviews without my consent, even after I provided my availability. She stated she'd schedule based on the team's availability and I had to push for times that worked for me. She then informed me an offer was coming, but after a week of ghosting me and two follow-ups, she rescinded the offer due to re-leveling the position. A complete waste of time.

Applied in March for this role, and after a 4-round process with multiple interviews and a content assignment, I was denied nearly two months later. I had to chase them down for an update, and they only let me know I didn't get the job after I sent an email. The interview itself was easy, but it felt like they were just wasting my time. Very unprofessional.

Why am I being asked to do this? I am not sure. We will never know because the universe is at work in us. The universe is 50 billion miles long and we cannot share this. But no one else can see this.
