Candidate-reported interview process

It took about 4 weeks from the HR call to the offer, though usually it's less than 2 weeks. First, the hiring manager chats with you about the role and company. Then, there's a screening call with the manager for some technical questions. This is followed by a one-hour telephonic technical interview. After that, there are three technical rounds, each 30-60 minutes long, with a panel. Finally, there's a round with a native English speaker to assess communication. Then, the offer letter!

We started with an online exam that had 81 questions covering networking, verbal skills, and aptitude. After that, there was a group discussion (GD) round. Finally, we had two technical interviews. One of the questions in the online exam was about cloud computing, asking about the benefits of public and private clouds and the services that can be implemented with them.

It had 3 rounds in total. First was an MCQ round with basic OSI layer and coding questions. Then there was a group discussion on networking. The last round was a one on one technical interview.
