I had an onsite interview scheduled. The recruiter said they'd get back to me to book travel, which took about a month and a half, even after I followed up. When I got there, they told me the manager quit the day before and they weren't sure what to do with me.
Applied online and had a phone chat with the director. It was mainly about my work background. Then I went to Arista for in-person interviews. They threw coding questions, hardware datasheet interpretation, and asked for a detailed rundown of my current role. Some C questions popped up too, specifically about memory management like malloc and bit setting. It was pretty awkward when the interviewer laughed at me in front of everyone, but I just kept working on the problem. He wasn't a great company rep.
After the career fair, I had an on-site interview.
