Got a referral from a friend. HR called to check my availability for an interview. Then, I had a phone interview. Right after that, they moved straight into the technical interview.
The interview process kicked off with a technical screening, followed by two more technical discussions. A big plus was how quick and fast the process felt initially. I also found the technical discussions to be quite interesting. After clearing all rounds, I was told they'd call for further HR discussion. However, I waited for over a month with no update. My advice to others interviewing is to be aware of potentially time-wasting interviews like this one. On the same day, I had another interview, but I skipped it for this one, only to realize later it was just a time-wasting process.
So, there were a total of 4 rounds. The first round was an online technical interview that lasted about 30 minutes and covered advanced Java, core Java, JavaScript, and SQL. The second round was a technical face-to-face interview. After that, there was a manager round, followed by an HR round. They spent like 3-4 hours just on the first two rounds. Honestly, based on my experience, it's a bad company.
