They required a quiet room with a white background, a headset, a laptop, and a 360-degree view to ensure no external assistance. They asked 22 questions and the interview lasted 30 minutes.

Had a phone interview first to screen me, then a really basic face-to-face chat. It was super informal and the technical questions weren't hard at all. They asked about familiarity with things like fibre, siro, lan, and speedtests. Also asked if I'm comfortable talking to customers and to give an example of how I work in a team.

They asked me a lot of questions, but it was a relaxed and friendly interview. I never felt uneasy. It felt like a nice, casual chat. If only the actual job was as good.
