The interview process was really smooth, with just two rounds. The first was a 30-minute phone chat with HR, and the second and last round was with the internship manager, a senior person at the firm. It included both behavioral and technical parts.
The interview process was thorough and well-structured. It started with an initial phone screen, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Afterward, I completed a work sample assessment and had a final panel interview with the team. Communication was clear throughout, and each step was clearly explained, which made the process smooth and efficient. Overall, it felt fair and gave me a good understanding of the company’s culture and expectations.
I had three rounds of interviews. The first two involved a stock pitch and questions about my resume. The last one, the third round, was an in-depth stock pitch that I was notified about a week in advance.
