Candidate-reported interview process

We had a very thorough description of duties at the corporate office, and the questions about my background and experience were fair. They gave a clear explanation of what happens next. The interviewer was engaging and professional, and seemed open to future contact.

After submitting my resume, I got an email from the recruiter. Once I passed that screening, the store manager set up an interview for the next week.

First, I got an email from the recruiting manager to have a phone call with her. Then, I went for an in-person interview with the store manager. Lastly, I had a phone conversation with the regional manager, and he told me that the store manager would make the final decision on offering me the job.
