I started with a recruiter, then had two more rounds. The questions were pretty easy, mostly checking my cultural fit and past sales experience. Nothing really stood out as super hard or super easy. Everyone was nice.
The interview process included a phone screen panel with an expected two people, but a third person joined unexpectedly. One of the interviewers asked irrelevant Excel questions and provided incorrect answers. The company then failed to follow up, which was unprofessional given the current job market difficulties.
I interviewed with two people separately. Then, the coordinator sent me an invite to COME to the office-- I, an unemployed person almost wasted my money and endangered my health by going. Instead they video interviewed me together (red flag). The guy promised to circle back with me in a "couple of days" with a writing test. He never did, nor did the coordinator.
