Argus Information & Advisory Services Management Consultant interviews, decoded.

The interview lasted about 2-3 hours and included 4 staff members, three of whom were managers. The first two interviewers focused on understanding my background and experiences and how they could be applied to the role. The other two focused on testing my knowledge, skills, and thinking abilities.

It began with a phone screening, followed by a chat with someone who works there, then a guesstimation question, and finally a Skype interview where I met four team members, including the HR recruiter. The first person I spoke with was quite condescending.

There were three rounds in the interview process. The first round was a standard behavioral interview that included a couple of guesstimate questions. The second round consisted of three Skype interviews with people from different teams, covering technical SQL questions, general database management topics, and data cleaning challenges.
