The interview process was quite long, with about 3-4 rounds. They asked about salary way at the end, and then I never heard back. All of that could have been sorted at the start and saved me a bunch of time.
I applied online via LinkedIn and got a phone interview scheduled really fast, like within a couple of days. But, the interviewer bailed on the scheduled time. After trying to get in touch a few times, HR finally reached out about 10 days later and set up a new phone interview. This first one was super quick, maybe 10-15 minutes, just a quick chat about my past experience. Then, they immediately asked me to move to the next round with the hiring manager, which happened a few days later over the phone. Make sure you're really prepped for SQL for that round, as they'll test your SQL knowledge and have you write some queries.
The head of HR reached out to schedule a phone interview. After passing that, I was invited for a day of interviews at the office. I had 5 interviews with different managers where they asked me about consumer credit, my background, my motivation for joining the company, my technical abilities, my experience with analytics, and my problem-solving skills through brain teasers and case questions. I got an offer two days later and took a week to consider it before accepting.
