It was a pretty good way to start my career in corporate America. It was a standard consulting type interview that had a mix of personal questions and problem-solving scenarios. The office vibe seemed pretty formal.
Went through an on-campus recruitment process. Had a phone screen and then a few more interviews. They asked about my experience and qualifications, and threw in some case questions. I talked to five people in total. Heard back a couple of weeks after the interviews.
I went through 2 phone interviews and then 1 onsite. The first phone interview was behavioral. The second phone interview asked a case study question like 'how much credit card expenditure in a year in the US'. Then, there was a 4-hour onsite interview. The questions were similar to others described here, focusing on case studies and credit card industry topics. One interviewer asked some challenging questions like describing a credit card company's P&L and explaining the difference between OLS and logistic regression.
