It was one phone interview, then an in person one, and after that you just wait to hear back. Most of the questions were about how you'd deal with patrons, your general attitude, your past work experience, and when you're free to work. You also have to pass a background check.
I applied for a music venue and the company that handles security for it contacted me. I went to a hiring orientation with a group of people where they gave a presentation. They talked about the different places they provide security for.
You go into the office and meet with one person. If they choose you, you then watch several videos about the position's relevance. After the interview, they have you watch more videos.
