Candidate-reported interview process

There was a group interview followed by a one-on-one. The staff were really friendly. The interview started late and ran over because of that.

I had a one-to-one chat with someone from admin. We talked about why I wanted to join Argos, my past work experiences, and how I've worked in a team.

It was pretty straightforward, as you'd anticipate for a warehouse stock worker position. The hours weren't ideal, but they did offer a bit of extra pay for working them, which makes sense given that it means you're not doing much else with your youth.
