Candidate-reported interview process

Got a phone call first and then was invited in for an in person interview. Process was positive, good communication and offer received in good time. Nice interviewer and sensible questions asked.

This interview experience was quite poor. It felt rushed and unstructured, as if the interviewer hadn't prepared and was improvising. I received no follow-up after the interview, which was a letdown because I appreciate feedback.

The interview was in person and lasted about 30 minutes. They asked typical retail questions, including one about how I would help a customer find a product. I got a fast response after the interview.
