Candidate-reported interview process

It was a long process with many candidates, but it felt like there were few stages. It started with HR explaining company details, the role, salary, benefits, and other related info. Then, an interview with the area manager to discuss professional experience.

There were 2 stages in total. The first was a phone call, and the second was an in-person meeting at the store where I would be managing the team. Everyone was really easy to get along with.

My interview is tomorrow. The process has been easy so far, but my interview is going to be in-person at their store for the Team Manager night shift role.
