Candidate-reported interview process

The interview at Argos was pretty standard for a retail job. They focused on customer service and asked competency-based questions. It felt organized and the interviewer was nice, so it was a good experience overall. They also asked about my availability.

It started with a group assessment focused on stakeholders, and then about 5 minutes after that assessment, I had an interview. The interview included basic questions about my previous experiences and if I had worked in a team before.

The interview process was smooth. It was a single round after the application. There were basic motivational questions and questions about my prior experience and relevant skills. After that, there was a tour of the store, and then I got a call with an offer a few days later.
