The interview was about an hour long and not too difficult overall, but it did include a role-play scenario. This part was tricky because I wasn't familiar with the system, and many of the products I was asked to find were out of stock.
It was a one on one interview where they asked about my experience with customers, teamwork, and how I would handle various customer situations. They also asked for some background info. It felt like a relaxed and friendly conversation.
