It was a 3 stage process. First was a 10 min call to see if it was a good fit. Then a 30-45 minute interview that included a case study. Lastly, I had a conversation with a partner.
I went through a few virtual interviews, mostly behavioral. There was also a basic case study that touched on market sizing and was adjusted based on how much time we had.
It was a cold call for the first round. A younger employee asked me to walk through my resume, how I found out about the job, and what made me interested in consulting or Argopoint specifically. I got an email about a week later for a second round in Boston, but since I don't go to a local school, they did it over the phone. A few days after that, they called with questions about my commute and then offered me the job.
