The interview process involved two interviews, typically happening on the same day. The questions were pretty standard. I was asked to describe myself and explain my interest in working for Argo. At the end of the interview, the manager informed me that I would be hired.
I applied to the store and about a week later, the manager called me. She asked me a few questions and we scheduled a 1:1 interview. I did some research on the company beforehand. When I arrived for the interview, the manager had me sit in the cafe. Then, she gathered her team and they came out to talk to me. They were on time, maybe a minute or two late, but that's understandable because they have a job to do and needed to take time to talk to me. The interview was pretty much a conversation. The manager asked about my previous work experience, a little bit about myself, and why I wanted to work for Argo. They also asked about my availability.
The whole thing took about 3 weeks. It felt pretty unorganized, with 4 different managers interviewing me. They didn't get back to me when they said they would, lots of miscommunication, it was confusing.
