First I got a phone call and then an email with the interview details. The office felt very professional and quiet. The interview started with a programming quiz that had like 20-something questions. It was multiple choice and covered figuring out the output in java, javascript, sql and general concepts. Then, there was a more traditional interview where they asked about my past experience and some scenario questions about how I'd handle certain situations and how I've handled them before. They also gave me a quick tour. The whole thing lasted about an hour and a half.
It began with a phone call from a recruiter at the company. Following that, there was a group interview with a number of other candidates. During this session, we were informed about ARGO, its employee benefits, and career advancement opportunities. Subsequently, I had meetings with several teams, primarily composed of mid-level managers, for the actual interviews.
I went to a campus event and had a teams call. They asked me to rate my skill levels on programming languages and stuff. Now they want me to come onsite for an interview.
