The Program Manager was very pleasant and mainly focused on assessing my personal qualities to understand how I'd fit into the team dynamic and manage interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
The recruiter kept setting up times to talk and then not showing up. When we finally connected, the first interview was conducted in her car and was pretty unprofessional because the calls kept disconnecting.
The process was straightforward and easy to follow. The interviewer was very kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed the experience. The interviews were split into sections with adequate time in between for preparation.
