The interview process was easy. I met with HR first, then the creative director. I didn't think they were super interested, but I got an offer after two interviews. Argento SC does a lot of interviews because their designer turnover is pretty high.
I applied for the Sourcing Manager role through Indeed and heard back within a couple of days with an interview invitation. The interview was scheduled for that same week, and I received an offer just a few days after. It was a really quick process, but I decided not to accept.
I applied online on a Monday and was interviewed 2 days later. The interview was quite easy and to the point. Both interviewers were very nice and professional. Most questions pertained to my resume. I got an offer but it didn't come through because of a drawback that I have that they couldn't deal with which I don't blame them for in the least. The salary offered was about the same as what I get at my current job so very competitive.
