This was a thorough, to the point, and concise interview process with a non-traditional approach to interviewing and hiring throughout. It definitely required 3 approachable references, proof of a work space, and an updated resume with a conversation detailing all of your experience.
This is a really quick process designed to filter out people who can't handle pressure. You've gotta be hungry, humble, and ready to work with the team. Being humble and open to feedback is super important. You also need to be able to motivate yourself and drive your own work.
It was a pretty quick interview process, which makes sense given the high turnover I've seen here. I've watched two engineers and two sales reps leave in just the last six weeks.
