I applied on Linkedin. The process included an HR screening call, a written assessment via email, an interview with the hiring manager over Zoom, and an onsite interview. Each stage took about 1-2 weeks. Overall the process seemed okay, though the decision-making process didn't seem very clear. The employees appeared quite worn out.
I sent in my application online. The interview process started with a video call with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in-person interview with the team and upper management. The whole thing took about three weeks. While the hiring manager and the team were great, the VP of the department really showed their true colors. They interrupted the interview to take a phone call right in front of me, then lectured me about how people can't work without their help, and finally asked questions that had nothing to do with the job or my background. It left a bad impression overall.
The interview process took some time to schedule, but once it happened, it was very simple and direct. The manager was looking for someone dependable and reliable. The whole thing took around 30 minutes.
