The interview process was structured and professional. It began with an online application followed by an initial screening call to discuss my background, motivation, and interest in ARES. The next stage was a technical interview focusing on analytical skills, problem-solving, and understanding of financial and risk concepts relevant to the role. The final round included a case study and behavioural questions assessing teamwork, communication, and alignment with the company’s values.
Interview was pretty straight forward and was more focused on the basic information about you as a candidate. Went over what you would do as an employee and start times. 2 rounds of interviews
The process was very professional and they responded quickly. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. The people were very nice. I met with several people, which was a bit nerve-wracking, but it was clear they care about who they hire.
